To produce different lensed shape at the 80μm,125μm or larger core diameter, we have developed our own fiber grinding process and automation equipment , the precise fiber micro polishing and image recognition technology enables high-end lenses to be manufactured in volume at a low cost.
Photonsream' optical coating R&D team provides customers with coating capabilities for all kinds of optics fiber and different types of coatings, such as AR, Bandpass, Edgepass, BBAR. The Ion-Beam Assisted Deposition (IAD) machine was optimized to achieve super cleaning surface and really high laser damage threshold.
